1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website and making a reservation, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services.

2. Reservation service

Our online reservation platform allows you to book a table at La Rosa & La Rosa Lounge.

Reservations are confirmed via:

  • Automatic email confirmation

  • Credit card validation (no immediate charge)

3. Cancellation policy

Free cancellations:

  • Up to 24 hours before your reservation time

Cancellations with charges:

  • Less than 24 hours before: pre-authorization amount is retained

4. No-show policy

If you do not appear for your reservation:

  • You will be charged €5 per person reserved

  • This charge is automatically applied to your card

Exceptions: Extraordinary circumstances (medical emergencies, etc.). Contact immediately: larosamallorca@gmail.com

5. Reservation modifications

You can modify your reservation:

  • Up to 24 hours before at no additional cost

  • By contacting us by phone or email

6. Age restrictions and restrictions

  • Alcoholic beverages: Spanish law applies. We do not serve alcohol to minors under 18. ID/passport will be requested.

  • Access: We reserve the right of admission

7. Allergies and intolerances

For your safety:

  • Injuries or damages caused by customer negligence

  • Changes in menu or dish availability

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

10. Opening hours and availability

La Rosa Restaurant:

  • Open 09:00 to 01:00 (venue open)

  • Kitchen: 09:00 to 01:00

La Rosa Lounge:

  • Same hours

Availability subject to capacity. We will do our best to accommodate you.

11. Payments and cards

  • Payments are processed through Agora

  • Card validation is required (no charge until confirmation)

  • We accept all major credit cards

  • Refund policy: according to cancellation conditions

12. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By reserving, you accept data processing according to it.

13. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified on this page.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, specifically the laws of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands.

Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Palma de Mallorca.
